For a long time I thought if I just explained it better, they’d finally understand.

I got very good at school meetings. 
Calm voice. 
Right words. 
I’d watch them nod.

And then nothing would change.

It wasn’t until I stopped trying to make them understand everything - and started giving them one specific lens, one specific ask - that things began to shift.

You don’t need the whole system to change. 
You need a way in.
