Intent on a career as a chef, Mike Kubiesa '13 always planned to pursue an education in the culinary arts. He enrolled in the St. Ambrose Radio and TV program to help achieve his dream of cooking on camera. 

Today, as a private chef with a clientele that includes three current Chicago Bulls and over 26,000 followers on TikTok, Kubiesa uses the skills and experiences he gained at SAU as he continues to fulfill his dreams.
