Story Book 370: Connecting with the Supreme Soul ✨🧘‍♀️

Sunday evening meditation — a reminder that peace begins within.

Our trainer shared something beautiful today:

✨ A simple smile can change someone’s day
✨ Soul consciousness spreads positive vibrations
✨ The soul resides between the eyebrows
✨ Real love is thinking good about others continuously
✨ Peace and happiness come from within
