This incredible run allowed the 800-horsepower supercar to displace the electric Xiaomi SU7 Ultra Prototype, moving Ford into the third-place spot on the all-time leaderboard.

By achieving this feat without any hybrid assistance, it now stands as the fastest pure-combustion vehicle to ever tackle the “Green Hell.”

It also shattered the previous American record held by the Corvette ZR1X, proving that Ford’s final iteration of the GT is in a league of its own.
