We just launched GPUs into orbit. Not satellites. GPUs.

For the first time, NVIDIA H100 chips are being sent into space to train AI models under constant sunlight.

Not as an experiment.
As infrastructure.

On Earth, AI is already pushing against hard physical limits:

→ Power grids under strain
→ Cooling systems maxed out
→ Land and regulatory constraints slowing expansion

So the logic is simple.
Move compute where energy is constant and cooling is physics.

In orbit, sunlight is constant and cooling behaves differently. The idea is simple: if AI outgrows terrestrial limits, move it where energy is abundant. 

Of course, this is not frictionless:

→ Cosmic radiation can flip bits
→ Thermal control in vacuum is complex
→ Latency to Earth still matters

But the signal is unmistakable.

AI demand has grown so fast that we are redesigning infrastructure beyond the planet.

This is not about faster models.
It is about relocating intelligence.
And when infrastructure moves, power structures follow.

So here is the real question:

If AI infrastructure operates in orbit, who sets the rules?
