Grateful for another opportunity to serve as the physical therapist for the USA Weightlifting NTP Camp! 

Working behind the scenes with the Senior Team in sports medicine was truly an incredible experience. It was an honor to help the athletes recover and perform as prescribed from dry needling, cupping, manipulations, scraping (heated tools were a fan favorite 🔥), to stretching and hands-on care…every detail matters. And, of course, educating athletes on the importance of proper tissue loading, rehab, and recovery so they can keep showing up when it counts!
