Seeing that taylormorrisonhomes SOLD sign… that’s when this all felt real✨

What made this even more meaningful is that each of our kids stepped into their future rooms and took a photo in those spaces… (this floor plan had the kids wasting no time claiming their favorites😂) not because everything is finished, but because the vision is already there. That said; y’all know interior design is NOT my ministry, so we’ll be getting some help along the way there😅

One thing we already love about taylormorrisonhomes is how this home is truly built for real life. The layout just makes sense for a busy family of 7… from how the rooms are set up to how we’re already thinking through our day-to-day flow. It made it easy for us to picture how we’ll actually live here, not just how it looks.

And now… about these room assignments😂‼️

Sonny and I originally thought Chiso and Dego should share a room (talk to us nice lol), and the girls share a room too… but big brother Chiso is getting his own space for now, and so is Dego.

The girls? They actually love being together (for now😅), so the party continues in their room.

I even considered a nursery for Kamsi, but she’s been loving being with her sisters way too much and sleeping in her big girl bed. Now that Sonny & I will be on a different floor, I definitely want her to have a roommate or two to keep her company.

We’ll see how it all settles once we move in… because if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that kids will rearrange your plans in the sweetest way!
