Margaux Askeland is a Senior Vice President for Alpine Bank. She has been with us since 2021 and volunteers with Dress for Success Denver, a nonprofit that empowers women to achieve economic independence with the help of job readiness training and professional attire. 

“Dress for Success sounds like it’s about getting women dressed for employment success, but it’s so much more than that,” explained Margaux. “That is just one small part of what we do and not nearly the most impactful.” 

Margaux, who serves as a board member and treasurer at Dress for Success Denver, said the organization truly transforms lives. She added the focus is on the whole woman, which includes looking the part but also providing career coaching services, financial literacy, and job retention support. 

“We really instill confidence in women and help them grow both professionally and personally, so they can be the best and most successful version of themselves,” said Margaux.
