Lilia Velasco Arias is an operations specialist at Alpine Bank Edwards. She’s been with the bank for four years and five months, and yes — she is counting! Lilia proudly notes that working at Alpine Bank is her first job.

“I started right when I turned 18 and now I’m 22. It will take more space than is available here to explain the many accomplishments I’ve made, but the biggest is all the personal and professional growth I’ve achieved,” says Lilia. “When I started I spoke minimally throughout the day, was self-conscious of every step, transaction and thought I did and had, I didn't know how to use my many skills. Now, with four years down, I have become much more open and more efficient.”
