Alyssa Rodelo is the operations supervisor at Alpine Bank Eagle. She’s been with the organization for a decade now. As an extremely busy working mom of four, she is always working toward equilibrium, both at home and in the branch.

“I am mother to two sets of twins: Aislynn and Nestor, four years old, and the younger twins Alexa and Ezequiel, eight months old. I love being able to still work full time at Alpine Bank, and recently celebrated my ten year anniversary. Being able to balance work and family has been tough, but I still enjoy having professionalism in my life,” says Alyssa. “I manage and train the staff with day-to-day operations and transactions. We are succeeding in working as a team, which is gratifying. I also help customers with anything that they may need. I love the relationships I’ve built through the years. My goal is to continue to grow professionally, continue my education and try to balance all aspects of my life.”
