Rachel Popish-Kent is the Alpine Bank communications center trainer and supervisor. She’s been with the bank for 12 years. She’s proud of her efforts at balancing home and work life over the past couple of years. Setting a positive example for her family and her teammates is a high priority for Rachel — even, and especially, on the difficult days. Through it all? She even earned her CBTP (Certified Bank Training Professional) credential in 2020.

“In the office, I’ve been able to encourage hope and inspire optimism, as I cheer on and help manage a team of more than 50 people through record-breaking months! Luckily, I have also been allowed to step away and be Mom when I need to,” says Rachel. “ My husband and I have a freshman in college and a freshman in high school who mean everything to us. We’re raising chickens, surviving school, and are musically involved in the community — I play tuba in several volunteer music ensembles.”
