sheet pan garlic shrimp & chicken sausage with roasted veggies | finished with a creamy poblano sauce for a little kick🔥 you will LOVE this recipe, made in under 30min!

•season 15-20 jumbo shrimp with 1tbsp garlic herb old bay
•slice smoked andouille chicken sausage
•cube 1 zucchini, 1 red bell pepper, 1/2 red onion, 1 sweet potato & 1 carrot (I sliced the carrot like fries)
•bring veggies/potato to a bowl & season with 1 1/2tbsp olive oil, 1tbsp kindersflavors garlic butter seasoning, 1 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika & 1tsp oregano 
•bring veggies, potatoes, shrimp & sausage to a sheet pan
•bake at 400 for 10min or until shrimp are opaque/pink
•remove shrimp & set to side
•continue baking for 15min 
•top with herdeztraditions creamy poblano sauce
