On March 28, a few of our incredible FirstBankers at the Northern Colorado branch pulled off something special. After hearing about longtime customer Erik Brost’s serious health challenges and life-saving surgeries, Personal Banker Frances Haskew and Branch Manager Britney Pond felt compelled to do more and brighten his day in a big way. 🧡

Once Erik felt better, they invited him into the branch to sign some documents. Instead, he was surprised with a $2,000 cash gift to help with medical bills, several gift cards, and a signed Denver Broncos jersey from Bo Nix himself. 🏈💥

Shout-out to the FirstBankers who go above and beyond to make our customers feel special even during the most uncertain times.
