Yep, we know budgeting is hard and tedious, but it can have a HUGE impact on your financial life. It can help control your 💰 and you'll know EXACTLY where it's all going, even before spending it. #NoSurprises 

We present to you the 50/30/20 budget technique! Or what we like to call it: the donut-budgeting-technique.

With this technique, you will aim to spend roughly 50% of your dollars on necessities: housing, utilities, transportation, aka the boring stuff.

30% goes to wants: travel, dining out, entertainment, aka the fun stuff! 

And at least 20% goes to savings and debt repayment. This 20 will be the hardest to stay on top of, but we trust you. #YouGotThis 💪

Over the long term, following these guidelines will help you manage day-to-day spending, have room to indulge occasionally, and savings to pay irregular or unexpected expenses. Ultimately so you can live and eventually retire comfortably. 😎
