Today we're shining the spotlight on freshagave111 - one of the incredible Hispanic-owned restaurants we've partnered with for Fiesta Friday in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month. Rigo Garcia, the owner of Fresh Agave, started as a dishwasher and busboy. He worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years before opening Fresh Agave.
