You might remember Vincent Bagnardi with our County Waste team in Albany, NY for his generous gifts to high school seniors along his route back in May.  Vince has once again gone above and beyond to surprise his customers.  He dressed up as Santa and brought gifts for a few kids that he regularly sees when picking up their trash.
