If EGG SALAD season is a thing, it opens this week at The Masters!  One of my favorite people and follows on social is Breanna Stark aka @Breanna Stark …. When I saw her Egg Salad I knew it was better than what I usually make, so here you go!  I did not measure anything but the below is close. Make some egg salad and enjoy a special week!  Recipe below Creamy Egg Salad -12 Eggs -1/4C to 1/2C Mayo  -1T Yellow Mustard  -1 dash Worcestershire Sauce -Few pickles, diced  -1tsp Lemon Juice -1/2tsp Onion Powder -1/2tsp Garlic Powder -1/2tsp Paprika -1/2tsp Black Pepper -Pinch of Salt -1T Hot Sauce @crystal.hot.sauce  -1T Fresh Dill, chopped -1T Fresh Chives, chopped **Boil water, gently drop in eggs and cook for 9 minutes, move to bowl of ice water and cool for a few minutes **Separate yolk from whites.  Yolks in a bowl, chop up the whites **Add all ingredients to yolks and mix well….cool in fridge for a bit **Add egg whites, gently fold together and finish with Dill and Chives **Make a sandwich, serve on toasted bread, use as a dip, eat it straight from the bowl #eggsalad #themasters #easterfood #3piecesofpecan #fyp
