A sweet fusion of culture and creativity between Pastry Chefs Matthieu Carlin from Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel and Saiko Izawa from Rosewood Sao Paulo.

At Butterfly Pâtisserie, they signed new creations with tropical flavors: a coconut flan and a pineapple tart and at Jardin d’Hiver, an original pre-dessert with avocado to sublimate our iconic tea time.
