Last night I was a guest speaker at equityespresso.co at Rochester Institute of Technology Croatia talking to young students and entrepreneurs about my life path, Tedson Motors and how to (try to) create balance between work, family life and health. 

There were so many great questions and the session stretched to almost 3 hours. I truly enjoyed seeing so many young enthusiasts and feel quite confident about Croatia's future.Thank you pavlinnjan for inviting me and for being a great host.

In one of his speeches, schwarzenegger claimed that over 74% of people hate their job. Very sad statistic. Therefore don't just settle for the first job you can find as it will direct the rest of your carrer and your life in a wrong direction, losing focus and energy for your work and your well being. 

Find out what you love, believe in yourself and do not lower your standards, aiming for the job you have passion for. Because only with passion you will have stamina to endure the hard days and weather the heavy storms. 

Because only with passion you will be able to stay positive and healthy for the people around you. 

And, what is the DEFINITION OF SUCCESS? Is trading health and family time for money a success? I don't think so.

Have passion for what you do, work with purpose, be kind to peers and employees and don't hate the competition. Only this way your career can be an integral part of your life and you can grow on both planes. And growth on both planes is what defines success...
