We are proud to share some incredible news from one of our Women’s Workplace Wellbeing Advocacy programme alumni. 😊 

Huge congratulations to Paula Marrs, who has been awarded Health Advocate of the Year for her tireless commitment to women’s wellbeing across the Northeast!

Paula has been a force for change, engaging with over 100 members from diverse organisations - including the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), Komatsu, Change Grow Live, Gateshead Council and Newcastle City Council

Her advocacy has led to a remarkable milestone: five organisations, including Gateshead Council, have now implemented formal Women’s Wellbeing policies. 👏

We are so pleased to see the tools and passion from our programme translated into such meaningful, structural change. 

Paula is an amazing example of what happens when advocacy meets action.
