1 in 10 women leave their jobs due to menopause symptoms. Having championed this cause through our Women’s Workplace Wellness Programme since 2022, we’ve seen firsthand the cost to both women and the businesses that lose them. 

We are pleased by the new UK development that shifts support from "optional" to a formal requirement. 

Our years of expertise in this space show that even for smaller teams, adopting a plan voluntarily is a major win - helping to retain talent, reduce risk, and build a culture where everyone thrives.
