The exhibition marks the artist’s first design retrospective in nearly twenty-five years, bringing together around 200 objects spanning all facets of his creative output, many of which have rarely or never been exhibited.⁠

Highlights include sculptural models of unrealised projects, large-scale installations and a newly commissioned film exploring Noguchi’s site-specific plazas and gardens.⁠

Coinciding with the fiftieth anniversary of ‘Playscapes’ in Atlanta, the exhibition presents Noguchi as a multidisciplinary artist and designer, exploring how his work embraced function to shape a more open and inclusive world.⁠
