OFFICER INDICTED: A state grand jury charged Sgt. Marco Bruno with aggravated manslaughter in the death of 35-year-old Aamir Allen, of Carteret. 

After reviewing evidence, including body camera footage, surveillance video and 911 calls, the grand jury decided to bring the charge.
