STOLEN TRUCK CRASH: A Mantua man was arrested Monday after police say he stole a tow truck and then crashed it, injuring at least two people.
 
According to police, Davis stole a tow truck, then drove into oncoming traffic, hitting two other vehicles head-on before fleeing the scene on foot.
