Is red wine healthy?

People in the Mediterranean Blue Zones reported drinking 2 glasses of (usually home produced) wine daily for most of their adult life.  And they seem to live the longest lives with among the world’s lowest rates of chronic disease.

This doesn’t mean you should start drinking more
