## Caption

Building off my recent "Why" still photography series from #thespeedproject a video collaboration with my friend, athlete, model, and engineering student @obiwanknoche. Quick thanks to #lululemonleawood for supplying the wardrobe! As much as I personally enjoy running and creating images and video content with runners my hope for the video isn't to try and turn everyone into a runner but to encourage others to find the thing that speaks to them personally that gets their body moving because I firmly believe that our bodies were designed to move! So whatever that activity is for you.....what is your why?
