Sometimes all you need for some self care is some kare kare & a bowl of rice. ✨😊🍚

Known for its rich and thick peanut butter sauce/stew, we absolutely LOVED eating this when we were kids (& still do🍽️) who else wanted extra bagoong on the side? 🙋 we put the bagoong in the saaauwce so it’s cooked in it already😋 

There are different versions of kare kare: oxtail, seafood, pata (pork) - this one is made with braised short rib😌🧡
