I don't usually post about things that aren't related to lacrosse, but tonight Abby Wambach plays her final game for the USWNT after 14 years.

Abby has been incredible on the field, scoring more international goals than anyone in the history of the game. She was the definition of Captain America, leading her team as well, or better, than any captain in any sport. And perhaps her biggest contribution was to women's sports as a whole, where she united a country and inspired an entire generation, not just of young girls, but boys as well.

I am one of those people. I will never forget watching this game live, and I still get chills when I see it.
