## Caption

What’s In Season Episode 1: Hot Honey Carrots 🍯🥕💫

Ingredients:
Carrots
Goat cheese (Feta works too!)
1 1/2 tbsp. Honey
1 1/2 tbsp. Hot sauce
Microgreens, to garnish
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
 
Instructions: 
Preheat oven to 425°

Slice carrots into sticks and toss in olive oil, salt, and pepper until fully covered

Roast in oven for 15 minutes

While carrots are roasting, mix your honey and hot sauce together to make a hot honey (they also sell this pre-made in grocery stores if you’d prefer!)

Take carrots out and coat in the hot honey mixture. Put back in the oven for another 5 minutes

Plate and garnish with goat cheese and microgreens. Enjoy!
