Something I pick up at Costco to make busy days easier? FreshAdditionsUSA Bites - this time I grabbed the chicken, but they also have grass-fed beef steak bites!

Chicken tacos for him and a taco salad bowl for me. I made a quick corn salsa and added romaine, avocado, tomatoes, cheese, red salsa, and the easiest protein shortcut — chicken bites from freshadditionsusa.

They’re already fully cooked, so it makes throwing together a healthy, high-protein dinner so much faster when we’re short on time.
