❣️The emotional release I get from pushing myself, the fight forces me into the present moment. How does emptying myself so completely feel so fulfilling? I honestly think I am born for competitive sport, maybe competition against myself. I love the purposeful pursuit of a goal, exerting max energy is like a primal need. When I say I have had the best trip ever, I mean it so wholeheartedly. I haven’t felt freedom, happiness and love like this in a long time ❤️
