This past weekend, our Tillman Scholars had the opportunity to travel to Washington D.C. to participate in a leadership retreat. They had the opportunity to refine their strategic thinking skills, enhance their ability to influence, and develop advanced sense-making skills.

We asked them to answer one simple question: “What does leadership mean to you?” 🎥
