When I first left my job in Formula 1, I didn't know any women who were self employed in this industry. 

I'd never met a woman working in GT racing, all I knew was F1 and the very few women I worked with. 

But I knew I was in the wrong place, so I took a leap and decided to be what I couldn't see. 

My hope is that I can show other women that there is a place for you in the pitlane, the paddock and the grid, and that women can run successful businesses in this industry 🏁
