🇪🇸Spain Mass Regularisation: Final Update

The regulation is on the verge of approval. Here’s what you need to know right now.
Expected approval date: Tuesday, April 14, 2026(Possibly April 21 if more time is needed, but April 14 is most likely)

Where you can submit applications:
Only five immigration offices will accept in-person submissions:
	•	Alicante
	•	Almería
	•	Madrid
	•	Murcia
	•	Valencia
Other submission options:
	•	Correos (Spanish postal service)
	•	Social Security offices
Who can apply:
	•	People who applied for asylum before January 1, 2026
	•	Minimum 5 months in Spain at time of application
	•	Resided in Spain before December 31, 2025
	•	No criminal record

After that, applications open.
Expect long queues at Social Security offices, immigration offices, and post offices. This is going to be the largest regularisation programme in Spain’s recent history — over 500,000 people eligible.

Prepare your documents now. Have everything ready so that the day the programme opens, you can submit immediately.
