This is your sign...to take your dog to the Georgia State Railroad Museum! 🚂

This is honestly one of the coolest dog-friendly spots in Savannah - full of history, space to wander, and plenty to take in (for both of you!)

Located in Savannah’s historic district, the Georgia State Railroad Museum sits on what was once the Central of Georgia Railway’s main repair facility, dating back to the 1850s. It’s one of the most complete antebellum railroad complexes still standing today. Visitors are able to enter several of the cars and even take a short train ride through the yard (and let's be honest - who doesn't love riding on an old train?!) 

I love bringing my nieces and nephews here as well so the fact that it's dog-friendly means the whole family is able to join in the fun!
