It’s that time of year, there’s a pretty big golf tournament happening down the road from #AthensGA! 

In honor of #mastersweek⛳️ we’re sharing our take on the iconic Pimento Cheese Sandwich. 

Recipe below, give it a try and let us know your thoughts! 

16 oz. extra-sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (about 4 cups)

1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup mayonnaise (there’s only one mayonnaise that’s appropriate 😉)

1 (4-oz.) jar diced pimientos, drained

1 Tbsp. grated Vidalia onion

1 Serrano pepper, chopped fine 

1/4 tsp. onion powder

1/4 tsp. kosher salt

1/8 tsp. black pepper

White bread slices for serving
