According to The Art Newspaper’s “The World’s 100 Most Visited Art Museums in 2025,” it ranked No.3 with 6.5M visitors, right after the Louvre Museum (9.05M) and the Vatican Museums (6.93M) 👀

And the growth? honestly spectacular. The Seoul main venue jumped over 70%, from 3.8M in 2024 to 6.5M in 2025, which The Art Newspaper described as the largest rises in absolute numbers they’ve ever seen 🔥
