Meta’s new AI model just scored 50 percent on a test that was designed to be impossible for AI.

Nine months ago Meta built a new lab called Meta Superintelligence Labs. The stated goal: personal superintelligence in everyone’s hands. 

The model is called Muse Spark. It is now the top score on visual reasoning, embodied reasoning, and multimodal understanding against Opus 4.6, Gemini 3.1 Pro, GPT 5.4, and Grok 4.2. Every major frontier model. And it did it using over an order of magnitude less compute than their previous best.
