No two sound bath experiences are ever the same.

Each session meets you where you are and somewhere within it, something shifts.

It’s not always easy to explain it. Or… at least not always right away. But sometimes… it feels like more.

Like a calling.

And only a few choose to follow it.

Over the past few months, I’ve been collaborating with Emory University, studying how sound-based experiences, using a protocol I’ve taught since 2019, support nervous system regulation, especially around stress and pain. I’m now integrating these insights directly into what I teach my students.
