#Roommates, it looks like things are getting even messier in the divorce between RHOA star #DrewSidora and her estranged husband, #RalphPittman. According to reports from TMZ_tv, a judge has ordered Drew to vacate the Georgia home she shares with Ralph by May 31. Court documents state that, due to the “current financial circumstances of the parties,” the two will continue splitting household expenses until Drew officially moves out.

If you recall, Drew and Ralph filed dueling divorce petitions back in March 2023, and things quickly turned tense. Drew previously claimed she needed out of the marriage due to “continued blatant disrespect and mental abuse,” and she also accused Ralph of cheating.

When it comes to their children, the two will share joint legal custody. However, Ralph, who currently lives in the home’s basement, has been awarded primary physical custody during the school year. He’s also allowed to go upstairs to help get the kids ready for school. Drew will have parenting time on alternating weekends starting in August.

The custody decision reportedly came after concerns about the kids having excessive school absences while in Drew’s care, as she previously had primary custody. Despite the latest ruling, the divorce isn’t finalized yet.
