Flashback Friday!!! 

My “Hit The Spot” series was a big hit in the 90’s !! Was voted one of your FAVORITES back in the day.. and I can see why!!! They are all TRIED and TRUE toning moves to sculpt your body to see RESULTS!!!
And we had SO much FUN filming these in beautiful Puerto Rico!!!

I always loved how these workouts let you really focus in on specific areas while still keeping things upbeat and energizing. 
Those were such special days… so many laughs, so much movement, and so many memories made together.
