I try to remember I’m a mom… but sometimes I glitch 🤷🏾‍♀️😂

To be honest, I think that’s part of why I’m able to show up for my kids the way I do. Not because I’m super mom by any means, but because I’ve learned this along the way:

When I take time to fill my own cup, I have so much more to pour into them. Sometimes that looks like a workout.
Sometimes it’s dinner with friends. Sometimes it’s a quiet spa day. Sometimes it’s a little twerk session and a few drinks. Either way, I come back feeling lighter. 

Motherhood doesn’t mean losing yourself. It means learning how to take care of you so you can take care of them better. Balance is a myth… But range? Oh, I got that 😂
