## Caption

I wrote this when I was 16 to help me sleep at night. My panic attacks were the worst as evening fell. I didn’t have anyone to say the things I needed to hear to calm my fear and anxiety. So I wrote them and sang them to myself. And it works amazingly well. Music is medicine
