Level-up your tacos on #NationalTacoDay with flavor-packed skirt steak marinated in beer and citrus.

How to make skirt steak tacos
Ingredients:
2 - 14 oz. Omaha Steaks Skirt Steaks
16 corn tortillas
1 cup cilantro, chopped
2 cups Pico de Gallo, optional
1 cup cotija cheese, optional

Marinade
16 oz. lager beer
½ cup fresh orange juice
¼ cup fresh lime juice
3 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
1 Tbsp kosher salt
1 Tbsp smoked paprika
1 Tbsp Mexican oregano
1 tsp cumin
4-5 green onions, (white portion)

Directions:
1. Whisk together all ingredients for the marinade. Place the skirt steaks in a sealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over top of the beef. Remove as much air as possible from the bag and seal it. Massage the marinade into the beef and place it in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours.
2. Light your grill and set it up for high direct heat. While the grill is preheating, remove steak from marinade and pat dry with paper towels, removing as much moisture as possible. Discard marinade.
3. Place the steak on the grill, directly over high heat. Grill the steak for two minutes per side, forming a dark crust on the outside of the steak.
4. Remove the steak from the grill and slice against the grain into 2 to 3-inch pieces.
5. Place the sliced steak on a tortilla and top with optional pico, cheese, and cilantro.
