I got flown out to Toronto for a special project (coming soon!) and on night one, the host had us over in his home for an 8-course gourmet meal cooked by his private Cantonese chef. 

As someone who is constantly trying to evolve and learn new techniques, it was an honor to learn the techniques from a high end Cantonese private chef. It only inspires me to push the level of recipes that I can create for YOU! More to come soon… #chinesefood #chinesecooking #privatechef
