Carrot Aperol Spritz 🥕🍹 1 oz. Carrot syrup  .5 oz lemon juice  2 oz. @Aperol Spritz  3 oz. @La Marca Prosecco  1 dash bitters  Splash of soda water  Carrot syrup recipe  1 Cup shredded Carrot  1  Cup Granulated Sugar  1 lemon peeled (5-6 peels) 1 lemon juiced  3/4 cup water 2” ginger pennies (6-8 slices) Simmer ingredients together occasionally stirring for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and allow ingredients to steep/cool for 15 minutes. Remove lemon and ginger pieces. Blend until smooth. Strain.
