Meet Belle and Maura! 

Belle PC ‘22 - “If it wasn’t for Maura, I truly don’t know where I’d be. Meeting my best friend halfway through college was such a blessing, and without Kappa, I never would have found her. Now we do everything together; we’re basically attached at the hip. Maura is the most loyal, intentional, and supportive person you’ll ever meet. I truly have not met someone that has so many genuine friends like Maura does. Everyone loves her. No matter what, she’s always stood by my side. She’s helped me grow into a better person, teaching me patience, kindness, and what it means to show up for others. She’s my biggest cheerleader, and I’m so proud to call her my rock and my best friend. Everyone deserves a Maura, and Kappa is exactly where you’ll find friendships like that.”

Maura PC ‘22 - “Belle and I started off as study buddies for a class in the spring semester of sophomore year, but she quickly became my best friend. Now, as a senior, I can’t imagine what my life would be like without her. Belle and I share the same sense of humor, the same spontaneous and sometimes obnoxious personality, and the same love for Kappa. She is so selfless and never fails to put others before herself, especially when it comes to our chapter. From the first moment I met Belle, I thought she was the funniest person ever (she is one person that can consistently make me laugh to the point where I shed tears) and I knew she was someone who I wanted to be around all the time and who I could truly be myself with. She lifts me up and is always the loudest person cheering me on in life. I’m so lucky to have found so many amazing lifelong friends through Kappa, but my friendship with Belle is one that I’m especially grateful for!”
