Most of us are better at forcing than waiting.

We pray like we're filing work orders. We pick up the Spirit like a tool and set him down when we think we've got it handled.

But Jesus told people who watched him die and come back — wait. Something is coming you can't engineer yourself.

You don't have to have it figured out to be a witness. Just tell the truth about what you've seen.

Micro Practice: Before you problem-solve something, pause. Say: I don't have to force this. Invite the Holy Spirit to guide you. 

Where are you white-knuckling something that might open if you just let it?
