ROASTED GARLIC MATZO!! Same treatment as my garlic bread but perf for transforming matzo into the best vessel for toasts or dips! Works great with olive oil too! 

Barely-a-Recipe Roasted Garlic Matzo

4 roasted garlic heads (little olive oil and salt, wrapped in foil at 400°F for 75 min), squeezed 
1 stick unsalted butter, at room temperature 
1/4 cup grated parm
1/4 cup minced basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano 
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Salt and pepper!!!

Stir together and schmear on matzo, bake at 400°F for 5-7 min until golden!
