New surveillance video shows a cyclist was killed and a 22-year-old woman critically injured during a hit-and-run on Sunday. 

An unidentified driver ran a red light struck the cyclist and another vehicle, then crashed into a pole and fled early Sunday morning in Chicago, police said.
